Today I will talk about health. of many debates, especially the lack of operational value and since the problem is created by the word “comprehensive”, this is still a long-standing problem.Exercise is the practice of movements that aim to develop and maintain overall physical health and wellness. This is achieved by practicing exercise movements. Regular exercise is a very important ingredient to prevent disease, prevent “rich diseases” such as cancer, heart disease, coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity and back pain.am doing sports every day because it help me strong and keep fit (stay in shape). The sports I like best is football, so I always play it with my friends. In the morning, I usually get early to play badminton wiyh my father, after that, I have a healthy breakfast together vegetables and go to school. In the afternoon, I play football or go swimming. Last Sunday I was go swimming in a pool near my house, it was so so great. In the evening, sometimes I go to Judo club to learn a lot of kungfu. I really enjoy it. Next, I go back home and have dinner, the food was frugal but it was delicious to me. My family love playing sports too and they encourages me to do sports very much. I hope one day I wil be a sports athlete. I like sports so much.

Health is considered to be the most valuable thing we possess. The simplest, cheapest but most effective way to get good health is doing regular exercises. In other words, taking exercise brings us many benefits. Firstly, doing exercises can keep us healthy. A variety of health problems such as heart disease or obesity can easily be prevented by exercising. Secondly, it can improve our self – confidence. Doing exercise provides us with more energy which helps us relieve tension and have the positive outlook in life. Last but not least, it is really fun when doing exercise. When we really spend our free time doing exercise, we will realize that it is an enjoyable experience. There is no greater feeling than achieving a weight – losing goal and being able to feel better. In conclusion, doing exercise is the key to make our lives healthier and happier.
