the surgeon’s job is traditionally done by men. to become a good doctor, they need to have medical knowledge, physical, mental strength and good persuation skills. besides, they have an excelent eyesight and skilful hands to perform operations on patients. in addition, they must have good teamwork and communication skills. although it is traditionally seen as a male job, the number of women surgeons are increasing now. in my opinion, both men and women can make great surgeons and perform long and tiring operations. in summary, women can make great surgeons, and everybody will benefit from having both male and female surgeons
